When we were growing up, my mom would make these hot dog boats for dinner. The other night I decided to make them for Tammy and I. They are a great, easy meal, that really packs the flavor hits the spot.
Ingredients Hot Dogs Leftover Mashed Potatoes Yellow Mustard Colby Jack Shredded Cheese University of Que The Quad All Purpose Rub
Process 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Spray pan with Pam 3. Split hot dog down the middle being careful not to go all the way through and place in the pan. 4. Squirt a line of mustard from end to end. 5. Spoon in mashed potatoes 6. Sprinkle a healthy amount of our Quad All Purpose BBQ Rub on the Potatoes 7. Cover with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes. 8. Enjoy!
